ndeed, we have initiated within the unit the concept of Genome Hubs, an information system whose vocation is to centralize a large volume of public or private genomic data related to a species (reference genomes, large resequencing projects) as well as various omics data (e.g. GWAS, RNAseq, SNP polymorphisms, orthology, synteny) generated within the framework of research projects conducted within the unit. The Genome Hub is based on the Drupal CMS and the Tripal module which allows to interact with the Chado database, and also integrates a set of bioinformatics tools (e.g. Blast, JBrowse, Gigwa...) allowing to exploit and analyze the hosted data.
