To reach this objective, the management relies on contact persons who provide advices and support the implementation of policies and priorities that UMR AGAP has established within its facilities perimeter, in agreement with each of the supervisory institutions responsible for the premises.

The Prevention/Security Manager of the UMR Agap Institut is a relay of the prevention policy of the supervising institutions, the management of the unit and the staff.

The security correspondents (“Correspondant sécurité/Cosecu”) / prevention assistants (“Asssitants de prévention/AP”) contribute to the organization of visits to welcome permanent and temporary staff and trainees, to information, awareness and training on the evolution of daily safety and prevention.

All these actors of the prevention policy, contribute to the assessment of the unit's risks evaluation and to the completion of the establishment's single document for the UMR's perimeter, they carry out prevention actions within the unit and in collaboration with Prevention Services of the supervisory institutions (the CIRAD's DSST, the INRAE's and the University of Montpellier II Prevention Services).
