Our aim is to gain a better understanding of the structure and organization of complex genomes, particularly polyploids such as sugarcane and banana.
The applied objective is to help optimize the genetic improvement of these species by providing information on the organization of the genomes and the genetic determinism of traits of agronomic interest.
